Arkansas Concludes Play At ITA Kick-Off
NORMAN, Okla. – The No. 25 Arkansas men’s tennis team concluded play at the ITA Kick-Off Weekend, falling to No. 19 Michigan 4-0 on Sunday afternoon in Norman, Oklahoma.
Michigan won at No. 1 doubles and clinched the doubles point with a win at No. 2 doubles, while leading 4-3 at No. 3 doubles. In singles play, Michigan won the first set on all six courts and finished off the 4-0 win with straight-set wins at No. 5 and No. 4 singles and then the clincher at No. 6 singles.
Arkansas returns home for three straight match days, beginning with No. 16 Oklahoma on Saturday at 6 p.m. The Sooners will be Razorbacks’ fourth ranked opponent in seven matches this season.
