Arkansas Takes Non-Conference Win Streak To Illinois

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. — The Arkansas women’s swimming and diving program (1-3) looks to get back in the win column Saturday morning as the Razorbacks travel to Champaign, Illinois, to face the Illinois Fighting Illini (6-1) at 10 a.m from the ARC pool.

The meet will be the second in three days, as Arkansas opened the 2017 portion of its schedule on Thursday afternoon, falling to Southeastern Conference foe No. 3 Georgia in Athens 180.5-113.5.

Last year in Fayetteville, the Razorbacks defeated the Fighting Illini in their only meeting in school history 187-101, capturing first-place finishes in all 16 events.

Arkansas is riding a 23-meet non-conference win streak coming into the meet. The dual meet streak dates back to the 2011-12 season.
