FAYETTEVILLE – The University of Arkansas football team practiced on Wednesday on the UA practice fields as it continued preparing for its game on Saturday against Ole Miss in War Memorial Stadium.Defensive coordinator and secondary coach Paul Haynes spoke to the media after practice and discussed the team’s effort this week.
"It was high energy," Coach Haynes said. "Lot of banging. Guys were flying around, which was good to see."
Coach Haynes also commented on the defense’s approach for Ole Miss.
"They do a lot of things that are going to challenge us vertically in the pass game," Coach Haynes said. "For our linebackers and our secondary, we’re going to have to be very disciplined. We have to make sure that we’re on our toes and ready to go."Kickoff for the Ole Miss game is set for 11:21 a.m., and will be televised on SEC Network.Single game tickets for the Ole Miss game are still available for $65. The Razorbacks and Rebels are set to square off inside War Memorial Stadium for the 15th time in series history, including the first meeting since 1913, and the first time since 1992. Tickets purchased for Little Rock contests are not available with a print-at-home option.Tickets for the Tulsa game are still on sale for $45. Fans ordering tickets online have the option to print the tickets from home utilizing UA’s new eTicket system.
