Arkansas to face Auburn on CBS

FAYETTEVILLE – CBS has picked up Saturday’s football game between Arkansas and Auburn and will broadcast the matchup of nationally ranked teams at 2:30 p.m.

No. 12 Arkansas enters the game 4-1, the best start for the Razorbacks under head coach Bobby Petrino, after beating Texas A&M 24-17 in the second annual Southwest Classic. Seventh-ranked Auburn is 6-0, including 3-0 in the SEC, after a dramatic 37-34 win at Kentucky.

Arkansas has won two straight in the series and three of the last four. The Razorbacks also have won two in a row in Jordan-Hare Stadium. Saturday’s game, the 20th in the series, marks the first time both teams enter the contest ranked.

UA will be on CBS for the second time this season, while the Tigers are making their first appearance.
