Arkansas-USC Game to be Televised by ESPN; Kickoff 7 p.m. CT

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. – Arkansas and South Carolina will play in a nationally televised game on either ESPN or ESPN2 it was announced by the Southeastern Conference on Friday. The Razorbacks and Gamecocks will kickoff at 7 p.m. CT. on Nov. 3 at Donald W. Reynolds Razorback Stadium in Fayetteville. The network that will broadcast the game will be announced this Monday with the game time remaining the same for either ESPN or ESPN2.

The game was not originally selected as part of the conference’s television package earlier this week. However, ESPN approached the SEC about its desire to broadcast the game after television selections for that weekend were announced last Monday. The league office sought the approval of both institutions before accommodating the request.

In any event, the game will mark the fourth national television appearance by the Razorbacks this season. Arkansas was featured on ESPN against Alabama and Auburn while appearing on ESPN2 against Kentucky. The Hogs are slated to appear on CBS on Nov. 23 at LSU with the Tennessee and Mississippi State games also still available for television coverage.
