Baseball Reschedules Mississippi Valley Game

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. – Arkansas and Mississippi Valley State will make up their rained out baseball game from earlier this season on Monday, May 12 at 2:05 p.m., Arkansas head coach Dave Van Horn announced on Monday.

Admission for the rescheduled game will be granted with any unused ticket from the 2008 season. The Mississippi Valley State game is the final regular season home contest for the Razorbacks this year.

The Razorbacks and Delta Devils had just completed batting practice on April 2 when the weather turned nasty and the Hogs were forced to tarp the field. Soon after heavy rains fell on Baum Stadium and the game was postponed after two hours.
