#BeArkansas At SEC Tipoff ‘17

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. – University of Arkansas women’s basketball head coach Jimmy Dykes and seniors Jessica Jackson and Alecia Cooley are taking part in SEC Tipoff ’17, the league-sponsored media day, in Nashville, Tennessee, on Thursday.

For the first time, SEC Network will have a full set on site at SEC Basketball Media Days. The Paul Finebaum Show and SEC Now are live both days — October 19 and 20 — with a total of 16 hours of coverage planned for the men’s and women’s basketball preview event. The event tips-off more than 120 men’s basketball games and more than 70 women’s basketball games scheduled for the network in 2017.
This year’s schedule marks the most women’s conference games (50) ever scheduled on SEC Network. Maria Taylor will host the women’s SEC Now: Women’s Basketball Media Day coverage and will be joined by returning analyst and former coaches Nell Fortner and coach Andy Landers.

The entire trip can be followed on Twitter and Instagram at @RazorbackWBB. A recap and photo gallery will be posted to ArkansasRazorbacks.com and Facebook/RazorbackWBB.
