Max Hogan

Max Hogan is in his first season on the Arkansas coaching staff as a student assistant after playing one season for the Razorbacks.

Hogan played in 14 games last year and was a member of Arkansas’ eighth College World Series team. He played several positions and recorded two hits and scored four runs before his season was cut short due to injury.

In 2014, Hogan played at McLennan Community College and earned North Texas JCAC All-Conference second team recognition. He recorded a .361 batting average with 45 RBI and stole 22 bases in 25 attempts.

He played his freshman season at Dallas Baptist where he started six games and drove in two runs. He was a perfect 2-for-2 in stolen base attempts in 2013.

A standout at Belton High School, Hogan earned all-state, all-area and all-district honors as a junior and senior. He was named the Central Texas MVP after hitting .380 with eight home runs and 50 RBI as a senior. In 2011, batted .467 with six home runs and 56 RBI.

Hogan is from Belton, Texas and is pursuing a degree in sports management.
