FAYETTEVILLE — University of Arkansas head coach Tom Collen addressed the media today talking about the Razorback women’s basketball team’s upcoming game at Ole Miss Thursday. Collen and the Razorbacks are 11-4 overall and 0-3 in the SEC with a chance to redeem themselves in Oxford but it won’t be easy. Arkansas is just 1-13 all-time in program history at Ole Miss but that one win came last year with this group of players. “Our team just wants to get back on the floor and play again,” Collen said. “We were disappointed in the way we played our last game and we just want to redeem ourselves.” Arkansas is just three games into the 16-game league schedule but the Ole Miss contest is important. “It’s too early to call this a ‘must win’,” Collen said, “but we need to get our momentum back and this is a good place to start.” Thursday’s game is a 7 p.m. tip from Oxford, Miss. Livestats and a complete recap will be available on ArkansasRazorbacks.com. The Razorbacks return home host Auburn Sunday in a 1:30 p.m. contest that will air live on FSN.
