September is national Youth Soccer Month and the University of Arkansas has been selected to participate in the celebration by U.S. Youth Soccer.
September marks the eight annual national "Youth Soccer Month – Celebrating Soccer in America."
As part of the promotion, fans and t-shirts provided by U.S. Youth Soccer will be distributed to Razorback fans attending Arkansas’ home game on Friday at 7 p.m. against St. Mary’s, and kids wearing a soccer jersey will be admitted for $1.
More promotions for Friday’s game will be announced laterthis week.

Following five straight road matches, Arkansas returns home to face St. Mary’s (Calif.) on Friday at 7 p.m. The Gaels are 6-1 this season.
Arkansas is coming off Sunday’s 2-1 overtime win at Missouri State. That was Arkansas’ first overtime victory since early in 2008.
Sophomore Brittany Hudson got the win in goalat MSU, coming off the bench for the second half and the overtime period.
Arkansas enters Friday’s game with a non-conference home winning streak of seven straight.
