Football game day ticket policies
The University of Arkansas is not responsible for lost, stolen or destroyed tickets. This applies to tickets left at home on game day. Every person entering a facility must have a ticket regardless of age. This includes infants. As a general policy, the University of Arkansas reserves the right to change the date(s), opponent(s) and starting time(s) of the game. These changes will not entitle the ticket holder to a refund.
The Razorback Ticket Office is open Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 4:30pm for advance ticket sales. Guests can also order tickets by calling 1-800-982-HOGS (4647) or on-line at ArkansasRazorbacks.com. The office is located at next door to Baum Stadium on South Razorback Drive, just north of the intersection of South Razorback and 15th Street in Fayetteville. Guests may use Visa, Discover, or MasterCard.
Guests wishing to exchange tickets may request to do so, but may only occasionally be accommodated, subject to availability through the Razorback ticket office.
GAMEDAY TICKETS:
On game day, the Razorback Ticket Office opens operations four hours prior to kickoff. If tickets remain available on game day, they may be purchased at the ticket windows located at Gate 1 (southwest corner). This is also the Will Call ticket booth for Reynolds Razorback Stadium.
WILL CALL:
DWR Razorback Stadium will call is located at GATE 1 (southwest corner).
TICKET SCALPING:
Under Arkansas state law, persons are prohibited from reselling any ticket for more than the face value. If you see someone scalping a ticket, please inform the nearest police officer.
HANDICAPPED SEATING:
Wheelchair spaces are located in front of sections 115, 116 on the east side, sections 509 to 519 on the east upper deck, behind sections 121 to 125 on the south side and within the outdoor and indoor club areas on the south side.
STUDENT TICKETS:
Persons with student tickets should enter through Gate 17, which is located on the east side, field level of Reynolds Razorback Stadium. Persons must show their UA Student ID which serves as their ticket and will be scanned at the gate.
UA students involved in any violation of stadium policy will be subject to arrest and disciplinary action through the Office of Student Affairs.
Student seating is located in sections 116, 117, & the South Upper Deck.
PLAYER-GUEST PASS GATES:
The Arkansas player-guest pass lists are located at Gate 1 on the lower southwest side. The visiting team player-guest pass lists are located at Gate 12 on the southeast side and handled by the visiting team staff.
