Game two of UA-UK suspended; DH Sunday

LEXINGTON, Ky. – The second game of the doubleheader between Arkansas and Kentucky has been suspended due to inclement weather with the game scoreless in the bottom of the third.

The two teams will play a doubleheader on Sunday, beginning at Noon (CT). The second game of the series will be resumed in the bottom of the third and will be a nine-inning game. Approximately 45 minutes after game one, the two teams will play the series finale, which will be a seven-inning affair.

With the game scoreless, the Razorbacks took the field to start the bottom of the third, but before the inning was started, the umpires pulled the teams off the field, signaling the start of the rain delay. The rain delay officially began at 7:51 p.m. (ET).

Kentucky won the series opener, 3-2, earlier in the day on Saturday.
