FAYETTEVILLE — Senior All-American Katherine Grable refused to yield in the all-around competition to No. 2 Rheagan Courville of LSU to win her fifth-straight all-around title with a season best 39.625. In the team competition, the Gymbacks posted a season best 196.275 in a loss to No. 3 LSU with a 197.225. The Razorbacks started off the meet with a vault rotation score of 49.250 for the second-best score of the season. Grable anchored the rotation with a 9.875 and junior Stephanie Canizaro recorded a career best on the event of 9.85 for the second time this season. During the all-around race, Grable and LSU’s Courville were tied neck-and-neck after three rotations with a score of 29.675. Courville posted a 9.925 on the beam to set the stage for Grable to close the meet with a chance to remain undefeated. Grable then matched her season high floor score of 9.95 to claim her fifth floor and all-around titles of the season.
