We also plan to compete in Hawaii every four years.We always try to plan an away meet within driving proximity to every athlete during their 4 year career. We fly to most places we go. We charter two flights per year. We will charter a bus for travel less than 5 hours in duration. When we arrive at our destination we usually have rental mini vans for local transportation. However, at Championship meets we charter buses for local transportation. At hotels we will room 2 per room. We cater about half our meals when traveling and give per diem for the other meals. We will go to a grocery store and the team will purchase food they’d like for breakfast and/or lunches. Most of all we have a blast on trips. You must have an attitude for fun and adventure to travel with the Gym’Backs.
