Hogs Host Missouri in SEC Home Opener

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark.- Home for the first time in two weeks, the Arkansas volleyball will host the Missouri Tigers in the Razorbacks’ first home conference match of the season. First serve is set for 1 p.m. (CT) on the SEC Alternate Network.

All-Time Series vs Missouri
Sunday’s match against the Tigers will be the 14th meeting between the two teams. Missouri holds a 10-3 advantage over the Razorbacks and has won the last seven matches. This will be the first of two meetings between the teams this year.

Last Time Out
The Hogs opened SEC play with a 3-0 loss at Texas A&M despite a late lead in the first two sets. Sophomore outside hitter Hailey Dirrigl led the team with seven kills, while Ellease Crumpton and Kelly O’Brien led in blocks with 5.0 each.

Milestone Watch
Junior Rachel Rippee is nine digs away from ranking No. 5 in program history. Her season average in digs per set is 1.92, putting her in third place on the team. Rippee has started all 11 matches for the Razorbacks and has made nine digs in six matches this season. Senior Okiana Valle is just 14 digs away from 1,500 career digs, averaging a team-leading 4.38 digs per set. Valle has posted 10 games with double-digit digs this season.
