— FINAL — FLORIDA 71, HOGS 66

10:04 p.m. — After the Hogs and Gators swap off a few fouls and free throws, the game ends with the Razorback faithful leaving Bud Walton feeling robbed by the refs and they are not afraid to let them know so as the officiating crewheads down the tunnel.

10:01 p.m. — Pelphrey calls another timeout after Walker’s free throws to get Rotnei back in, Hogs down64-70 with 19.0 remaining.

9:59 p.m. — Again the rim robs the Hogs as Courtney’s first free throw rolls back out, he does hit his 2nd however, Hogs down 64-68 with 19.6 to go.

9:57 p.m. — Powell can’t get the roll on his 3 point attempt and Washington fouls Parsons with 30.3 to play.

9:54 p.m. — Tyus not able to get away with the travel this time as the Gators turn it over, Florida still up 67-63 with 46.3 to play here in regulation.

9:52 p.m. — Forston drives the lane and dumps it off to Marshawn who slams it home to make it a 4 point game here in Fayetteville with 1:16 to play, UF in front 67-63.

9:51 p.m. — The Gators and Hogs swap off a pair of 3’s, Florida still up 6, 67-61.

9:49 p.m. — Courtney feeds the beast that is Mike Washington down low, Hogs cut it to 6.

9:48 p.m. — Gators starting to pull away as Walker drops off another one, Pelphrey calls timeout as the Hogs now trail UF by 8, 56-64.

9:47 p.m. — Macklin hits off the Florida timeout, Gators now up 6, 62-56.

9:45 p.m. — Tyus travels but the refs say he got the timeout to the dismay of the Razorback faithful here in Bud Walton.

9:44 p.m. — Walker hits again, Gators up 60-56.

9:43 p.m. — Gators now in the double bonus as Clarke sends Walker to the line where he sinks both of ’em, Florida by 2, 58-56.

9:41 p.m. — After a quick bucket by the Gators, Clarke gets it and does it again from beyond the arc, Razorbacks up 1, 56-55.

9:40 p.m. — Rotnei’s starting to heat up from downtown as he drains a 3 to knot it all up at 53.

9:38 p.m. — 3rd media timeout of the half with 7:49 left to play, Gators in front 51-50.

9:35 p.m. — Cox fouls and gives Tyus the shot at a 1-and-1 withwhich he hits the front end then the Gators get the rebound off his miss on the 2nd and get a Macklin dunk, UF back on top 51-50.

9:34 p.m. — Boynton makes to put the Gators back on top 48-47, however that lead does not last long as Rotnei comes right back down and drops off a 3 to blow the roof off of Bud Walton, Hogs out it front 50-48.

9:32 p.m. — Rotnei nails a long 2 to give the Hogs their first lead in awhile at 47-46.

9:31 p.m. — Fortson again hits, draws the foul, and nails the and-1.

9:30 p.m. — Bud Walton hits a fever pitch as the Razorbacks finally get a call and Britt nails both of his freebies to tie it up at 42 all.

9:29 p.m. — Powell gets another lay-up to make it 42-40 Gators.

9:28 p.m. — Boos echo throughout Bud Walton as Boynton sinks his free throws off that call, Florida up 42-38.

9:25 p.m. — At the 2nd media timeout of the 2nd the fans are becoming irate after yet another questionable call by the refs, UF leads it by 2, 40-38.

9:24 p.m. — Hog fans not liking the call as Courtney got the block but was called for the foul anyhow, Tyus hits both freebies to put the Gators up 2, 38-36.

9:21 p.m. — Washington grabs the board and puts it back up to tie it at 36 as Bud Walton rises to their feet and begins to get loud.

9:20 p.m. — Fortson drives the lane, hits the lay-up, and gets the and-1 to go cutting the Gators’ lead to 2, 36-34.

9:16 p.m. — Tyus hits again for the Gators and Pelphrey decides to take a timeout, Florida currently holding a 5 point lead on the Razorbacks at 36-31.

9:14 p.m. — Washington goes to the line again and is able to get 1 of the 2 to make it a 1 possession game here in Bud Walton, Gators in front 34-31.

9:11 p.m. — At the 1st media timeout of the 2nd, Bud Walton rocks out to some "Pants on the Ground" as UF still leads it by 4, 34-30.

9:10 p.m. — This time Powell hits to make it a 4 point game and get the crowd on edge again, Gators up 34-30.

9:08 p.m. — Again Michael is able to draw the foul and this time nails both shots to pull the Hogs back to within 6, 28-34.

9:07 p.m. — Gators extend their lead to 8 as Boynton hits from beyond the arc, UF up 34-26.

9:06 p.m. — Washington draws the foul but can’t get either one of ’em to fall, Hogs still trail by 5, 26-31.

9:04 p.m. — Walker hits a NBA-range 3 to open up the scoring here in the 2nd, Gators up 31-26.

9:00 p.m. — Hogs and Gators both hit the court to shoot-around for the last 2 minutes of halftime.

8:58 p.m. — The students go nuts as Coach Petrino walks by the student section, 2nd half action now only 5 minutes away.

— HALF — FLORIDA 28, HOGS 26

8:46 p.m. — Walker’s runner proves to be the final bucket of the half as the Gators will take a 2 point edge over the Hogs into the locker room, UF up 28-26.

8:44 p.m. — The crowd and the refs not seeing eye to eye right now as Florida ties it back up on another pair of free throws, 26-26.

8:43 p.m. — Marshawn works his way under the basket and slams it down as the crowd explodes, Hogs up 26-24.

8:41 p.m. — Gators get it to Walker who hits the 3 to knot it back up at 24 here in Bud Walton.

8:40 p.m. — Tyus hits on both free throws coming out of the timeout, cutting the Razorbacks lead to 24-21.

8:36 p.m. — Parsons draws a questionable foul from Bryant and goes 1 for 2 from the stripe, however Glenn shakes it off by simply going back up the court, firing, and nailing his 2nd three-pointer in a row. Hogs now have their biggest lead of the night at 5, 24-19.

8:35 p.m. — Glenn Bryant drains the 3 from the top of the key to put the Hogs on top by 3, 21-18.

8:34 p.m. — Coming out of the timeout, Jemal drops off both of his freebies to tie it up at 18 all.

8:30 p.m. — Gators still up 18-16 at the 3rd media timeout of the night, 5:59 remains here in the 1st half.

8:29 p.m. — Donovan calls timeout following Macklin’s slam, Gators ahead 18-16.

8:28 p.m. — Rotnei nails the answer toWalker’s 3, and we’re tied back up at 16 here in Bud Walton.

8:27 p.m. — Fortson with a nasty move at the top of the key, but not able to drop off the shot, 13-13 still.

8:26 p.m. — Powell takes the assist from Fortson and lays it in to tie it up at 13 all.

8:23 p.m. — Bryant with a devastating block, however the Hogs not able to capitalize as the Gators turn it around andgo on a quick 5-0 run to give Florida the lead, 13-11.

8:20 p.m. — 2nd media timeout here in Bud Walton with 11:22 left to play in the 1st half, Razorbacksstill out in front by 3, 11-8.

8:19 p.m. — Washington redeems himself for the foul as he slams it down with authority on the next trip down court, Hogs up 11-8.

8:17 p.m. — Hogs and Gators trade off a few scoreless possesions before Washington fouls Werner and sends him to the line where he hits both of ’em, UA up 9-8.

8:13 p.m. — With 14:38 to play here in the 1st, media timeout on the floor here in Bud Walton as the Hogs still lead it 9-6.

8:12 p.m. — Courtney gets in on the scoring down low as he lays it up and in to push the Hogs lead back to 3, 9-6.

8:10 p.m. — Bud Walton explodes as Clarke hits his first 3 of the night, Hogs up 7-4.

8:08 p.m. — Razorbacks get it to Marshawn again and he hits the floater, Hogs even it up at 4-4.

8:07 p.m. — Washington fouls Walker who nails both from the stripe, Hogs get it to Powell who hits the long 2 on the following trip.

8:05 p.m. — Hogs control the tip, however turn it over on Washington’s pass on the opening possession.

8:01 p.m. — Bud Walton erupts as they hit the lights for the Hogs’ starting line-up, the Razorbacks will definitely have a home-court advantage here tonight.

7:59 p.m. — The student section has broken out into a "WE WANT COLEMAN!" chant as Shon Colemanmakes his way to his seat herein Bud Walton.

7:56 p.m. — Again lead out by Clarke, the Hogs take the court for a final shoot-around before the tip.

7:52 p.m. — As soon as the national anthem was over andUSAF ROTC Detachment 030’s color guard cleared the floor, Bud Walton broke out into a deafeningHog call knowing the starting line-ups are now just moments away.

7:45 p.m. — The Razorback faithful continue to pour into the Basketball Palace of Mid-America as the clock winds downinside 15 minutes of tip.

7:38 p.m. — Courtney, Marshawn, and Stef stretch it out at mid-court as the rest of the Razorbacks continue shooting around.

7:29 p.m. — The Gators now take thecourt to a slightly less warm greeting.

7:28 p.m. — Rotnei leads the Razorbacks out onto floor for some warm-ups to a generous round of applause from the students.

7:24 p.m. — With 36 minutes until tip, the student section’s already packed and ready to go here in Bud Walton.
