Homestand ends against UT Sunday

FAYETTEVILLE – Arkansas closes its four-game homestand with Sunday’s 1 p.m. Southeastern Conference contest against No. 10 Tennessee.

Following Sunday’s game, Arkansas is on the road for four league games before returning home to face Florida on Oct. 20.

The Razorbacks are4-6-0 overall and2-1-0 in the SEC their firstconference loss of theseason on Friday, 1-0 at home to Georgia.

Tennessee comes in8-3-0 overall and1-2-0 in the conference after a2-0 lossat LSU.

Kailey Anders leads the Razorbacks with three goals, two assists, 18 shots on goal and a .486 shots on goal percentage. Allie Chandler is first with 38 shots, and second with 14 shots on goal and a .368 shots on goal percentage.

UT, which is ranked as high as No. 10 in the Soccer Times poll, leads the series 10-1-1 with a 4-0-1 edge in Fayetteville. The last time the two teams met in Fayetteville, Tennessee claimed a 1-0 victory in 2009.
