Arkansas (5-2-1, 0-1-0 SEC) saw its three-match winning streak come to an end on Thursday when it fell to Georgia in its SEC opener, 3-1. Junior Kayla McKeon was able to find the back of the net after earning a penalty kick in the 84th minute and convert, preventing the shutout. It was the 15th-consecutive match Arkansas hasn’t been shutout dating back to Oct. 22, 2017.

With her goal on Thursday, McKeon now takes over the team lead for goals (4) and points (9). She’s also tallied at least one point in four-straight matches and has scored a goal in three of the last four.

The Razorbacks have been unstoppable at home this year, compiling a perfect 4-0-0 record with wins over Omaha (2-0), Baylor (3-2), Florida Atlantic (3-1) and UConn (3-1). It’s the third time in the last seven seasons a Razorback team has started a year 4-0-0 at home. In those four wins, Arkansas has scored two or more goals and is averaging a .409 shot on goal percentage.
