FAYETTEVILLE – Arkansas’ gymnastics team held its second intrasquad meet of the year last week and video from day two is available at the link below.
The practice meet was broken up into two sessions. The first day was vault and beam. Day two includes bars and floor.
Bars workers in the video are senior Genny Salvatore, sophomore Katherine Grable, sophomore Shelby Salmon, senior Jaime Pisani, junior Amy Borsellino, freshman Stephani Canizaro and freshman Sammy Kolbas.
Pisani, the school-record holder with nine All-America honors over three years, won three bars titles last year. Salvatore won one.
Floor highlights include sophomore Scarlett Williams, junior Jordan Salsberg, Borsellino, Grable, junior Kelci Lewis and Pisani.
Pisani is a co-owner of the school record with a 9.50 on floor, sharing the mark with Rachel Barnett and Casey Jo Magee. Pisani has hit that mark five times, including four last year. She won 11 floor titles last year, including the NCAA North Central Regional championship and in the NCAA Championship Session I semifinal.
Pisani and Grable were first-team All-Americans last year while Lewis was a second-teamer.

Arkansas’ gymnastics program is in its 10th season. In nine years, the Razorbacks have earned eight NCAA regional bids, won two NCAA regionals, advanced to the NCAA Championship five times, reached the NCAA Super Six, finished in the top 10 in the nation three times, finished ranked in the top 15 seven consecutive seasons, and produced 28 All-America selections and 13 NCAA individual event finals appearances.
In 2011, the Razorbacks tied for the Southeastern Conference regular-season championship, won the NCAA North Central Regional, tied for ninth in the nation, recorded two wins over No. 1-ranked Florida, beat No. 4 Georgia, and set school records with seven dual-meet wins and four road wins.
