Petrino profiled on Football Saturdays in the South

FAYETTEVILLE –Arkansas head football coach Bobby Petrino is profiled on the upcoming episode of “Football Saturdays in the South” this weekend on ABC affiliates.

“Football Saturdays in the South” is a show produced by Raycom Sports which focuses on college football throughout the southeast. Hosted by Tim Brando, the show is in its fifth season bringing viewers stories on college football players, coaches and teams.

Petrino’s profile was filmed last spring when the show’s crew made a stop in Fayetteville. The weekly show is scheduled to air on Saturday, Aug. 2, in most markets and on Saturday, Aug. 9, in the Memphis, Tenn., area.

Fans in the Northwest Arkansas and Fort Smith areas can watch KHBS/KHOG on Aug. 2 at 11 a.m. Jonesboro affiliate KAIT is scheduled to air the broadcast at 1 p.m. on Aug. 2. In the Little Rock area, KWBF has the show on Aug. 3 at 11 a.m. and Memphis, Tenn., station WPTY has the show on Aug. 9 at 2 a.m.
