FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. – The sixth-ranked Arkansas women’s cross country team will continue its postseason push Friday morning in College Station, Texas at the NCAA South Central Region Championships.

“This is the gatekeeper for the national meet,” head coach Lance Harter said. “I think that there are very very fine individuals in our division that some of our athletes would like to race against”

Teams competing at the Regional Championships include: No. 6 Arkansas, Abilene Christian, Arkansas State, Little Rock, Baylor, Central Arkansas, Houston, Incarnate Word, Lamar, LSU, McNeese State, Nicholls State, North Texas, Rice, Sam Houston, SMU, Stephen F.
