#ProHogs Preview: Week 9

Below are three NFL games to watch in Week 9 featuring #ProHogs.

Baltimore Ravens at Tennessee Titans | Sunday, Nov. 5 | 12:00 PM | CBS
Ravens’ running back Alex Collins ran wild last week in a blowout win over the Miami Dolphins. Collins tallied a career-high 113 yards on the ground on a career-high 18 carries, for his first 100-yard rushing effort of his career. Collins continues to lead the NFL in rushing yards per attempt at 6.0 with 80 carries for 478 yards in seven games this season. He is tied for the fourth most 20-yard rushes with four.

Denver Broncos at Philadelphia Eagles | Sunday, Nov. 5 | 12:00 PM | CBS
Tight end AJ Derby of the Broncos caught his second touchdown of the season last week in a loss at Kansas City. He hauled in two catches for 21 yards, including his 11-yard score late in the fourth quarter. Derby ranks 26th among NFL tight ends with 17 receptions, 22nd with 211 yards and tied for 15th with two touchdowns.

Derby will have his work cut out of him as the Eagles have the best defense in the NFL against tight ends, giving up just 414 yards on 44 receptions this season.

 

Washington Redskins at Seattle Seahawks | Sunday, Nov. 5 | 3:05 PM | FOX
Redskins’ linebacker Martrell Spaight returned to the field in a full role last week, working his way back from an injury. Spaight tallied seven tackles, including one on special teams. It was Spaight’s third performance this season with seven or more tackles.

Spaight ranks fourth on the team in total tackles with 26, third among Redskins’ linebackers.

Hogs On A Bye
Week 9 features a series of former Razorbacks who are on a bye. With six teams having the week off, five active players, along with one practice squad guy will get a much-needed weekend of rest. #ProHogs on a bye features Jarius Wright, Trey Flowers, Deatrich Wise, Hunter Henry and Darius Philon, along with Cody Hollister.
