FAYETTEVILLE – Arkansas’ soccer team is back home on Friday as the Razorbacks play host to SMU at 7 p.m. at Razorback Field in its official season opener, and several promotions are scheduled.
Rally towels will be given away to the first 200 fans, and there will also be a drawing for an autographed team ball and other prizes. Fans will also be selected for the Hogwild Kick for Cash at halftime with a chance to win $100 and to be entered into a finals competition with a chance to win $1,000. In addition, the Jason’s Deli Kids Zone is available prior to the game and at halftime.
UA students with their student ID are admitted free and earn three points in the RazorRewards program by attending.
Arkansas played host to Oklahoma on Saturday in an exhibition game and took the Sooners to overtime before falling 3-2. The game drew a crowd of 978, which would have ranked as the seventh-best crowd in school history if the game had counted.
