Razorback Golfers Finish 10th at Diet Pepsi Shocker Classic

WICHITA, Kan. The Arkansas men’s golf team finished 10th at the Diet Pepsi Shocker Classic on Tuesday at the 6,814-yard, par-71 Wichita Country Club with a final-round 296 that was the best among the 16-team tournament.

The Razorbacks were paced by Andrew Landry’s even-par 71 on Tuesday. Landry continued his solid play with a season-best tie for second place with a three-round total of 7-over-par 220.

Texas-Arlington won the team title with an 891 while Mavericks’ golfer Bobby Massa captured medalist honors with a 219.

Glover finished tied for 36th position at 13-over 229 after rounds of 72, 80 and 77. Barrett Lais was third among Hog golfers in a tie for 43rd place at 18-over 231. Frederico Colombo and Dalton Owens both finished in a tie for 59th at 236.

Arkansas next travels to Stanford, Calif., for the U.S. Intercollegiate at the Stanford Golf Course.
