Razorbacks Kick Off Week 3 Of Spring Camp

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. — Coming off its first scrimmage of the spring last Saturday, Arkansas returned to the outdoor practice fields at the Fred W. Smith Football Center on Tuesday to open Week 3 of spring camp.

The Razorbacks worked out for 22 periods, marking the seventh of 15 scheduled practices leading up to the annual Red-White Spring Game on April 29.

The fully padded practice featured first, second and third down work from short, medium and long distances, as well as high red-zone work and move-the-ball situations, including two-minute drill.

Last Saturday’s scrimmage inside Donald W. Reynolds Razorback Stadium saw junior running back Rawleigh Williams III lead the way on the ground with 187 yards, including a 68-yard touchdown run, on 19 carries. Defensively, sophomore linebacker De’Jon Harris and senior defensive back Josh Liddell each posted double-digit tackles, and Harris also added an interception. Up front, linemen McTelvin Agim and Briston Guidry collected two solo sacks apiece.
