Razorbacks arrive in New Orleans

NEW ORLEANS – The University of Arkansas football team arrived in New Orleans on Tuesday leading up to the 77th Annual Allstate Sugar Bowl against Ohio State on Jan. 4. The eighth-ranked Razorbacks (10-2, 6-2 SEC) head to the Louisiana Superdome for the school’s first BCS bowl appearance, matching up against the No. 6 Buckeyes (11-1, 7-1 Big Ten).

The Razorbacks settled into their rooms at the team hotel and met as a whole later in the evening. The UA team was greeted to an official New Orleans-style welcome by the Allstate Sugar Bowl Committee following dinner with the help of a local marching band ensemble.
