Razorbacks Head to Vegas to Face UNLV New Mexico St.

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. – Arkansas will spend its spring break out west, as the Razorbacks travel to Las Vegas, Nev. for a pair of matches against UNLV and New Mexico St.

The Razorbacks (6-12, 0-4 SEC) look to snap a six-match losing streak against the Runnin’ Rebels (5-9), who lost to SEC member South Carolina Friday andthen defeateda SEC opponent, Mississippi St., 4-3,Saturday evening.

The two schools met in 2005 in Las Vegas, with then-No. 42 UNLV defeated the Hogs, 5-2.

Arkansas and UNLV are set for anoon, central time,first serve at the Fertitta Tennis Complex Sunday.

The Hogs will return to the courts in Vegas Tuesday, meeting up with Western Athletic Conference member New Mexico St. The Aggies (5-6, 2-1 WAC) dropped their last outing to 18th-ranked Minnesota, 4-0.

The Razorbacks and New Mexico St. will begin at 1 p.m. Tuesday. at the Fertitta Tennis Complex.
