Razorbacks ranked No. 19 in CSCAA dual meet poll

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. – The Arkansas women’s swimming and diving teamis ranked No. 19 in the College Swimming Coaches Association of America’s Division I Coaches latest poll, released Thursday.

The Razorbacks have a dual record of 5-2 (2-1 Southeastern Conference) including victories over Kentucky, Vanderbilt, Kansas and most recently North Texas. The Hogs are training for their final home meet of the season, Jan. 30 at 1 p.m. against Utah.

Georgia is the top ranked women’s team followed by Arizona, Texas, Stanford and California.

As a whole, the SEC earned six of the top 25 spots in the polls with Florida at No. 7, Auburn at No. 8, Tennessee at No. 12 and LSU at No. 24. Alabama, Kentucky and South Carolina also received votes.

The CSCAA rankings are based on each team’s best dual meet lineup as judged by voting coaches.
