FAYETTEVILLE Ark. – After collecting the program’s 14th Southeastern Conference cross country title over the weekend, the University of Arkansas women’s cross country team fell one spot to No. 3 in the latest USTFCCCA rankings released Tuesday. Sophomore Dominique Scott crossed the finish line at 20:02.81 for the third-fastest time ever at the SEC Championships meet, to lead a 1-2-3 finish and ensure the Razorbacks’ title. In second place, junior Shannon Klenke crossed at 20:10.62 followed closely by teammate Grace Heymsfield with a time of 20:11.7. Overall, the Razorbacks finished with 32 points for the meet to dominate the rest of the field with No. 28 Texas A&M coming in second-place with 123 points.
