Q: If you could be on any reality TV show, what would it be?
Bethke: I don’t watch much TV. The only show I really watch is Dexter.
Q: Other than volleyball, what sport would you want to compete in at the Olympics (summer or winter)?
Bethke: Snowboarding. I don’t know how to snowboard but I think it would be fun doing flips in the snow.
Q: What’s the funniest/most embarrassing thing to ever happen to you on a volleyball court?
Bethke: My senior year (in high school), I went up to hit on the outside but I tripped and fell face first right into the pole.
Q: What was your favorite sports team growing up?
Bethke: The (Chicago) Bulls, for sure, and the Cubs.
Q: If this team was a band, would you be one of the singers, a background dancer or playing an instrument?
Bethke: Definitely a background dancer. I’d be back there breaking out all the moves.
Q: What’s the most interesting or funniest account you follow on Twitter?
Bethke: I don’t have Twitter. I guess I’m not that big into all the social media but I have Instagram.
Q: On a perfect day, what is your ideal high and low temperature?
Bethke: I think my high would be 75 degrees and the low would be around 67.
