THE COUNTDOWN TO KICKOFF RETURNS ON SEPT. 25 FOR THE ALABAMA GAME — CHECK BACK FOR UPDATES
FAYETTEVILLE — The RazorVision Academy makes it’s original programing debut Saturday evening at 5 p.m. with the RazorVision Countdown to Kickoff, available only at ArkansasRazorbacks.com for members of RazorVision.
The pregame show starts one hour before kickoff of all Fayetteville home games this year, and is a total student production.
Featuring interviews with special guests like Athletic Director Jeff Long, the voice of the Razorbacks Chuck Barrett and a round-table of UA journalism students, the pregame show adds to the previous years when RazorVision would provide streaming pregame video from the Donald W. Reynolds Razorback Stadium video board.
The RazorVision Countdown to Kickoff is for RazorVision members; however, it is not part of the Tennessee Tech pay-per-view. Please use your RazorVision log-in to watch the student’s pregame if you are also planning later to use the internet to view the pay-per-view.
Fans will still be able to see key pregame moments like the Razorback Marching Band’s Go Hogs spellout, the team running through the A and the singing of the alma mater, but now in a full hour-long show with addition videos and preview.
The pregame show is the first original work of the RazorVision Academy, a cooperative intern and instructional program for UA students in the Lemke School of Journalism with the Razorback athletic department.
The RazorVision Academy students are also taking over production of all Razorback home soccer, volleyball, softball and track and field streaming this season for RazorVision, providing a real-life instructional lab for students interested in moving into sports video production.
