Van Buren High School

Twice named to the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette All-Arkansas team … Earned all-state honors as a junior and helped his team to the 7A state championship game … Named to the 7A all-state tournament team … Selected to play for the East team in the 2011 Arkansas High School All-Star Game … Was teammates with former Razorback junior pitcher Brandon Moore … Also played basketball and football in high school.
