The Razorbacks will host Kentucky in a Nov. 11 match at Barnhill Arena and play at LSU on Nov. 21 during the final week of the regular season. Arkansas’ first match of the SEC television package will be played Nov. 11 against Kentucky in Fayetteville. First serve of the match is scheduled for noon (CT) at Barnhill Arena. The SportSouth telecasts will be distributed to over 30 million homes in the FOX regional footprint and the CSS package will be available in more than 10 million homes. Combined, the networks will broadcast 18 live SEC volleyball matches this season, up from 16 in 2011. ESPNU will feature SEC volleyball on Wednesday nights and Sunday afternoons, while SportSouth and CSS will broadcast matches on Sundays. The Razorbacks begin their 2012 season Aug. 24-25 with the Arkansas Invitational, the team’s first of two home tournaments during the year. The field for the season-opening event will include UT-Martin, Northwestern State and regional foe Kansas. Arkansas will play 18 home matches in 2012, including seven against teams that advanced to last year’s NCAA Tournament. Additional television matches will be released as they are confirmed.
