FAYETTEVILLE – IMG College, the nation’s leading collegiate marketing firm, and the University of Arkansas Department of Intercollegiate Athletics, today announced David Shoemaker as the new general manager of Razorback Sports Properties.
Shoemaker and his team will manage Arkansas’ multimedia rights, which include corporate sponsorships, signage, at-event hospitality, radio and television programming, official athletic website advertising, game programs, and rostercards.

Prior to joining Razorback Sports Properties, Shoemaker served as director of global events for Octagon, where he directed the Walmart Northwest Arkansas Championship presented by P&G, a full-field LPGA Tour event. In that position, he developed and maintained relationships with more than 40 sponsorship companies.
Prior to that, he worked as operations director for Octagon, where he managed contracts with all Octagon event-wide vendor partners. Shoemaker began his career with USA Baseball in 2003 serving as marketing and operations coordinator. He graduated from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and currently resides in Rogers.
