Mica Strother joined the Razorback Foundation in May 2016 is based in the Foundation Office in Little Rock. Prior to joining the Foundation, she was Vice President of Marketing and Business Development for Baldwin & Shell Construction. From 2012-15 she owned Strother Strategies, Inc., working as a fundraising consultant for political candidates and non-profits in Arkansas. She was the finance director of former Arkansas Governor Mike Beebe’s 2006 and 2010 gubernatorial campaigns. She also worked for seven years as the director of appointments to boards and commissions for Governor Beebe and was the Assistant Attorney General and Director of Community Relations for the Arkansas Attorney General’s Office from 2003-05.
Strother earned her bachelor’s degree from Ouachita Baptist University and her Juris Doctor from the William H. Bowen School of Law at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. She is married to Greg Hale and has one son, Eli.
