Television appearances for Razorbacks

LEXINGTON, Ky. – The University of Arkansas volleyball team’s Sept. 27 matchup with No. 17 Kentucky will be televised in Lexington by the local CBS affiliate, CWKYT. It will be the first of three scheduled television appearances this season for the Razorbacks.Arkansas (7-7, 1-2) will take on the Wildcats at Memorial Coliseum at 12:30 p.m. (CT). Dick Gabriel and Kathy DeBoer will have the call of the match. DeBoer is the executive director of the American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA). The match will be replayed regionallySunday on Fox Sports South at 6 p.m. (ET).In addition to the Kentucky match, the Razorbacks will have two additional TV appearances as part of the Southeastern Conference package. Arkansas’ Nov. 8 matchup with LSU at 1 p.m. (CT) will be televised by CSS from Barnhill Arena in Fayetteville. One week later when the Razorbacks travel to Tuscaloosa, Ala., for a2 p.m (ET)meeting with the Crimson Tide, that match will be shown on Fox Sports South.With the conference’s new television agreement, live SEC volleyball coverage will be shown on ESPNU, FS South/Southwest/Sun Sports and CSS.
