Cox Communications to Carry SEC NetworkESPN and Cox Communications have reached an agreement for carriage of the SEC Network on Cox when the multiplatform network launches on August 14, 2014. The channel will be available to fans and followers of the Southeastern Conference in all Cox markets. Cox subscribers will also have authenticated access to additional live events scheduled for the SEC Network’s digital platform, with the ability to watch SEC Network content anytime, anywhere on their television, computer, tablet or mobile device. The SEC Network will now reach customers of Cox, AT&T U-verse, Dish Network and Google Fiber.

Irwin-Hill Represents @RazorbackFB on Ray Guy Award Watch List The Razorbacks added their fifth preseason watch-list performer with Wednesday’s release of the 25-player Ray Guy Award Watch List featuring senior Sam Irwin-Hill. The award is presented annually to the nation’s top collegiate punter. During the 2013 season, Irwin-Hill averaged 44.3 yards per punt which ranked third in the SEC. The Bendingo, Australia, native led the conference with 20 punts inside the 20-yard line and had the longest punt in the SEC with his 79-yard kick against No. 14 South Carolina. Lewis Set to Defend British Open Crown Former University of Arkansas women’s golfer and current no. 1-ranked player in the world Stacy Lewis will be looking to defend her 2013 British Open title this week as the 2014 RICOH Women’s British Open begins Thursday at the Royal Birkdale Golf Club in Southport, Lancashire. Lewis is looking to become just the third player to win back-to-back British Open titles.

@ArkRazorbacks Coming to a Town Near You
As part of the Arkansas Razorbacks Summer Road Trip, there are three more stop planned for the month of July (see schedule below). Most recently, Razorback Athletics closed out the month of June with a trip to the 34th Annual Malvern Brickfest. During the 2014-15 season, the Road Trip is planning to visit each of the 75 counties in the state of Arkansas. Use #
