Welcome in to Monday’s edition of The Daily Call. Both football and soccer picked up wins over the weekend to remain undefeated, a former Hog found the end zone on the first full NFL Sunday of the new season and Arkansas basketball plans to get YOU THE FAN involved today.

Basketball Atwitter Over Schedule AnnouncementBe sure you’re following&@RazorbackMBB, as the team prepares to unveil its nonconference schedule exclusively on Twitter today from 11 a.m. – noon. The 13-game non-conference will be released over the course of 11 tweets within the hour span.

FANS WILL WANT TO PLAY CLOSE ATTENTION, as each of the tweets will contain a hashtag that is part of a final 11-word phrase. The first fan to piece together the 11-word phrase and tweet it to @RazorbackMBB will win an autographed basketball by the 2013-14 team. Complete details can be found&here.

Drawing Attention Of Their OwnSpeaking of things worth paying attention to, how about&@RazorbackSoccer?&The wins just keep on coming for the Razorbacks, as Evan Palmer scored in the 103rd minute and Arkansas (6-0) won in double overtime to remain undefeated on the season with a 2-1 victory over Nebraska at Razorback Field on Sunday afternoon. RazorVision was on hand to capture some of the highlights, also speaking with head coach @ColbyHaleUA&following the team’s win.

Running Hog Wild In Little RockAlex Collins and Jonathan Williams combined for 298 rushing yards and two touchdowns, helping&@RazorbackFB&claim a 31-21 victory over Samford at War Memorial Stadium in Little Rock last Saturday. A complete recap of the win can be found here.

#NFLHogsDarren McFapen had a nice day for the Oakland Raiders during the team’s regular season opener against the Indianapolis Colts. The former Razorback rushed for 48 yards and one touchdown, while also hauling in three catches for 18 yards through the air.
