Three games picked up by SEC TV package

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. — Three Southeastern Conference games for the University of Arkansas women’s basketball team were chosen for the league’s regional cable package, Razorback head coach Tom Collen announced this week.

All three are road games during the heart of the SEC schedule.

"We’re excited for our fans, because these road games on TV give them the chance to keep up with us when we’re not at Bud Walton Arena," Collen said.

The trio of games begins on Sunday, Jan. 25, as Arkansas travels to Mississippi State. The game time remains the same at 2 p.m.

The following Thursday, Arkansas’ game at Vanderbilt on Jan. 29 becomes the second half of the SEC double-header. The game time will move back to 8 p.m. central to accommodate television.

The next Thursday night, Feb. 5, Arkansas is in the double-header again at LSU. This game also now tips off at 8 p.m.

The Razorbacks anticipate more games for television to be announced in the coming weeks.
