FAYETTEVILLE – Razorback fans in Oklahoma can now catch more coverage of University of Arkansas Athletics on Cox Sports Television (CST) with the addition of the regional sports network to the Cox cable lineups in Tulsa and Oklahoma City.CST is now available on Cox systems serving six states, with total distribution across eight southern states. Cox customers in both systems can now view CST on Cox channel 269. The 24-hour regional sports channel is only available to Cox customers in OKC and Tulsa as the channel isn’t carried on satellite or TELCO distributors. The addition of CST to the Cox channel offerings in OKC and Tulsa expands the New Orleans based regional sports networks availability in Oklahoma. Last month, Suddenlink Cable announced plans to add CST to their line-ups in several Oklahoma communities including, Stillwater, Enid, Cushing and Drumright. "CST continues to be one of the primary sources for Razorback programming throughout our region," Arkansas Vice Chancellor and Director of Athletics Jeff Long said. "We are pleased that more of our fans in Oklahoma are now able to follow Razorback football, men’s and women’s basketball, baseball as well as our Olympic sports on the variety of sports programming on CST."CST’s year round coverage of the Razorbacks includes a total of 28 events, including football, men’s and women’s basketball, baseball, track and field, volleyball, softball and the annual red-white spring football game. Each Tuesday night at 7pm during the football regular season, CST shows a full game replay of the prior week’s game.In addition, CST will offer Arkansas fans summer encores of many of the televised events from the prior year. CST will promote the Hogs across all of its social network platforms including the CST web site, Facebook, Twitter and the CST YouTube channel. Razorback events will also be highlighted on the CST Video on demand service CST NOW!Additional components from the CST partnership with the University of Arkansas and Razorback Sports Properties (RSP) include the network televising all RSP/Arkansas football and basketball coach’s shows.
