NEW ORLEANS – The University of Arkansas football team practiced for the first time in New Orleans on Wednesday inside the Louisiana Superdome in preparation for the 77th Annual Allstate Sugar Bowl against Ohio State on Jan. 4. The eighth-ranked Razorbacks (10-2, 6-2 SEC) are set to face to the No. 6 Buckeyes (11-1, 7-1 Big Ten) for the school’s first BCS bowl appearance.
Following practice, head coach Bobby Petrino and his wife Becky, along with members of the Razorback team visited the Children’s Hospital of New Orleans. UA squad members greeted the hospital’s young patients and received a tour.
