ATM’sThere are no ATM machines located in Barnhill Arena. The closest ATM machine is located in the Arkansas Union.
Camera PolicyPoint-and-shoot cameras are permitted inside the stadium. Professional camera equipment or cameras with long telephoto lenses and video cameras are prohibited inside the arena.
ConcessionsThe concession stand is located in the north concourse of Barnhill Arena. They offer a great menu for fans in 2010. No outside food or beverage is permitted.
Directions to Barnhill ArenaThe University of Arkansas campus is accessed from Interstate 540 at three major exits: 60 (Razorback Road), 62 (Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd.) and 63 (Weddington Road). The core athletic facilities (with the exception of Baum Baseball Stadium and the Tyson Indoor Track Center) are located between Razorback Road on the west and Stadium Drive on the east and Maple Street on the North and Martin Luther King Blvd. on the South.

Disability SeatingFor information on disability seating call the Razorback Ticket Office at 479-575-5151 (local calls), 1-800-982-HOGS (4647), or visit the ticket office located on Razorback road located next to Baum Stadium at 1295 S. Razorback Road, Suite B.
ADA seating is offered on the west end of the second floor in Barnhill Arena. This area may be accessed by utilizing the lift located in the south west hallway. Ushers are available to assist you in using the lift and finding the ADA seating area. Floor level seating is also available for persons able to ambulate into the permanent stadium seats.EvacuationIn case of evacuation, instructions will be given over the public address system. Event personnel and ushers will assist directing fans to the appropriate exits.
Fan Code of ConductRazorback fans are the best of the best. They model this by loudly supporting the Razorbacks and displaying respect and good sportsmanship toward the visiting team and visiting fans. The NCAA, SEC and UA have assigned a high priority to assuring athletic events are conducted in a safe and enjoyable atmosphere which promotes good sportsmanship by spectators, student-athletes and coaches. We request your cooperation by supporting the participants, officials, those around you, and event management in a positive manner and treating others with courtesy and respect.
First AidA first aid station is located in the southwest corner of the arena. Signage in the arena identifies the proper location.
Game Day PoliciesRowdy, threatening, unsafe or inappropriate conduct including profane, racial, sexist, abusive or intimidating comments or actions, fighting, smoking, drunkenness and throwing of any object in the arena will not be tolerated and can result in ejection, arrest and/or loss of ticket privileges. The UA reserves the right to remove the ticket holder from the premises if, in the sole discretion of security personnel, the ticket holder’s conduct endangers or disrupts the environment. All people must have a ticket, regardless of age, to enter the arena. Per SEC rules, no re-entry is permitted at any door. All bags will be searched at the door upon entering Barnhill Arena. Gates Open/Gate & Elevator LocationsDoors open to Barnhill Arena one hour prior to the start of competition. For our guest with mobility concerns needing access to the second floor of the arena, a lift is located in the southwest hallway for your use. It is operated by a member of our event management team.
Lost ChildrenParents/guardians with a lost child should contact the nearest usher. That person will then contact the proper personnel to insure the quickest remedy to the situation.
Lost & FoundAfter the event, all unclaimed items will be turned over to our facilities management office located in room 131 of Barnhill Arena. If you have any questions please contact Kathi George 479-575-4959.

Merchandise & Game ProgramsA merchandise stand is located in the north lobby of Barnhill Arena. Game programs are also available in the south concourse.
General Public ParkingPublic parking is limited on campus. Fans are encouraged to arrive early. Pay parking is available in lot #67 and the Union Parking Garage. However, parking in many lots on campus is free after 5 p.m. and on weekends. Please double check each sign upon entering the lot since some lots may vary from that policy.
Reserved ParkingCertain lots are reserved on game days. Parking passes for Volleyball games at Barnhill Arena are available through the Razorback Foundation Priority Plan. For information about Razorback Foundation, Inc., please go to www.razorbackfoundation.net.
Disability Parking Disability parking with a state-issued hang tag is available in Lots #45 & #59 which is located immediately around Barnhill Arena.
Prohibited ItemsExcept for items pertaining to medical conditions or child care, all bags, backpacks, video cameras, large cases for binoculars or other items, and large purses are prohibited. All carried items and entrants are subject to search. Prohibited items must be returned to the owner’s car or discarded. Any unlawful items are subject to confiscation, and the person in possession of such items is subject to arrest.
The following items are NOT permitted in RAZORBACK ATHLETIC FACILITIES:* Alcoholic beverages* Animals (except service animals)* Baby seats* Baby strollers* Backpacks or any large bags (unless required for child care or medical needs)* Banners, signs* Beach Balls* Cameras (professional equipment or cameras with long telephoto lenses)* Coolers or containers* Explosives* Folding chairs or stools* Food and beverages* Ice chest* Laser pointers* Noisemakers of any type (i.e. bells, horns, whistles, etc.)* Pets (with exception of service animals used by disabled guests)* Personal heaters* Stadium seats with armrests and/or over 16 inches wide* Umbrellas * Video cameras
Re-Entry PolicyOnce a guest leaves the arena, they will not be permitted back in. This is a University of Arkansas and Southeastern Conference Policy and applies to every ticket holder. Guests should plan accordingly and bring everything they need to the arena upon initial entry.
Smoking/Tobacco FreeEffective July 1, 2008 The University of Arkansas campus is tobacco free. This means no cigarettes, pipes, cigars, dip or chew anywhere on campus and includes no stadium exiting for tobacco use outside the stadium. Beginning August 1, 2010 state law prohibits the use of tobacco products anywhere on campus. Use of such products may be punishable with a fine up to $500.00.

Throwing ItemsThrowing items will not be tolerated. If you observe such an action, send for security while keeping the offender in view. The offender will be removed from the arena and is subject to arrest. A police officer does not have to see this activity to have the person removed.
Ticket InformationThe Razorback Ticket Office is located next to Baum Stadium at 1295 S. Razorback Road, Suite B. Free parking is available in the large lot north of the office. The Razorback Ticket Center is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm for advance ticket sales. Guests can also order tickets by calling 479-575-5151 (local calls), 1-800-982-HOGS (4647) or by ordering on-line at www.ArkansasRazorbacks.com.
Will CallBarnhill Arena will call is located at the south ticket window. Photo identification must be presented in order to receive tickets. Will Call is available 1 hour prior to the beginning of the match.
