2013 (Senior)
Earned all-tournament honors at the season-opening Arkansas Invitational...dished out a season-best 30 assists in four-set win at Tulsa...served a career-high seven aces in five-set comeback win against New Mexico...tied for the third-most aces in a single match in program history...tied for second on the team with 26 service aces...had an ace in 14 of 30 matches...notched first career double-double with 23 assists and career-high 14 digs at LSU...five matches with at least 25 assists while sharing setting duties with Raymariely Santos in Arkansas' 6-2 offensive system...duo set team to .434 hitting percentage against Ole Miss (Nov. 3), fourth-best performance in program history.

2012 (Junior)
Began her Razorback career with back-to-back matches of seven assists...season-best eight digs in sweep of Houston Baptist...served two aces against Northwestern State during the Arkansas Invitational...tied her season best with two service aces and added five digs vs. No. 13 Florida...registered six assists in straight-set win at Georgia...equaled SEC-season high with five digs against Texas A&M...notched first kill as a Razorback in three-set win at Kentucky...in first start at Arkansas, had 38 assists and five kills in three-set win over Missouri...against the Tigers, set the team to a season-high .407 hitting percentage...equaled season high with two aces at South Carolina in regular-season finale...had six assists, two digs and an ace against Wichita State in the first round of the NCAA Tournament.

Prior to Arkansas
After two seasons at Long Beach State, Vazquez joined Arkansas in the 2012 spring semester. During her time with the 49ers, she saw action in 40 sets with averages of more than nine assists per set and 0.70 blocks per set. She established highs of 66 assists and 11 digs in a win over No. 25 St. Mary's during the 2010 season. The Gurabo, Puerto Rico, native also had matches with 44 and 39 assists against No. 2 Texas and Virginia, respectively. With Vazquez as the team's starting setting to begin the 2010 season, Long Beach State won six of its first seven matches. She helped the 49ers to appearances in the NCAA Tournament the past two seasons. Vazquez played six years with the Puerto Rico Junior National Team and was named the Most Valuable Player at the JVDA U18 Championships. During her prep career, Vaquez was a four-year letterwinner at Colegio Catholico Notre Dame where she led the Knights to two league championships and three appearances in the finals. She was a four-time All-Star performer for the Puerto Rico High School Athletic Alliance (PRHSAA).

Born Jan. 8, 1993, Ashley Chalis Vazquez Sanchez is the daughter of Sandra Sanchez and Eduardo Vazquez. She also has two siblings, Ryan and Leilani. Vazquez is a communications major at Arkansas.
