2013: Chelsea Cohen capped her career with a team-leading 13 wins and 131.2 innings pitched. She averaged 7.3 strikeouts per game, good for third all-time in UA single-season history. That number was also good for ninth in the SEC this season. Cohen's best series came against No. 22 Georgia in which she tallied two wins in three appearances and gave up four runs in 16 innings. She finishes her career in 10th place on the UA all-time strikeouts list.

2012: Cohen spent the longest time in the circle out of any pitcher this season for the Razorbacks throwing 196.1 innings. With an overall ERA of 3.32 Cohen complied a record of 14-15 for her junior campaign while collecting 101 strikeouts and only allowing 62 walks. Cohen closed out the game against No. 1 California not allowing the Golden Bears to put the tying run on the board and giving Arkansas the 3-2 upset victory. She also threw 4.2 innings in the regional final against Cal where she struck out five Golden Bears while not allowing any earned runs.  Cohen recorded her first no-hitter as a Razorback when she combined with freshman pitcher Kimmy Beasley on May 2 against Missouri State. This is the first no-hitter for Arkansas since the 2008 season. In the Missouri State game Cohen threw 6.0 innings, facing 20 batters and only allowing one walk. Cohen made 41 appearances in the circle while starting 28 games. She also recorded one save on March 3 against Drake.

2011: Chelsea Cohen pitched 43.2 innings in her sophomore season for Arkansas. She made 17 appearances with two starts in the circle and started one game in the designated player spot. She picked up her first win over Texas Southern (Feb. 25) at the Holiday Inn Emerald Beach Islander Classic in Corpus Christi, Texas. She worked six complete innings and helped the Razorbacks to a 14-4 win over TSU. In game two of the doubleheader at Ole Miss (March 23), Cohen picked up her second win of the season in a 7-6 victory over the Rebels. Cohen came in as a relief pitcher in the second inning and pulled the Razorbacks out of a bases loaded, no outs situation. She worked 5.1 innings in the circle and walked just two batters. She made her first plate appearance of the season with a two-RBI single up the left side.

2010: Cohen made six starts inside the circle for the Razorbacks and posted a 3-2 record with a 5.08 ERA. In 41.1 innings pitched, she allowed 46 hits, 30 earned runs and struck out nine. She also made eight appearances in relief. Cohen got the win in her first collegiate start on Feb. 27 against Iowa. She allowed just one earned run on seven hits with one strikeout in six her innings in the circle. She added another win against Tulsa as she limited the Golden Hurricane to two hits over seven innings. Cohen made seven appearances in SEC play, including starts against Georgia, LSU and Alabama. Against the Tigers, Cohen took the loss despite allowing only three runs on seven hits through 9-2/3 innings.

HIGH SCHOOL: Cohen joined Arkansas softball after earning all-state honors three times. In her first high school start for the Reed High School Raiders, she pitched a nine-inning, no-hitter and struck out 15 batters in a 1-0 win. She finished her freshman year with a 1.56 ERA and 120 strikeouts in 99 innings pitched. As a sophomore, she carried a 1.87 ERA and threw seven shutouts while striking out 165. She helped her team to finish second at the Oklahoma 4A State Championships in her junior year. Cohen was also a four-year letterwinner in volleyball. She was involved with student council and the Reed Mentoring program.


PERSONAL: Born May 25, 1991, she is the daughter of Todd and Heidi Cohen. She has two older brothers, Cody and Calder. Cohen is majoring in hotel/restaurant management and hospitality.
